Funded under the NSW Women in Construction: Industry Innovation Program (IIP), we have designed this initiative to connect emerging talent with clear pathways into the carpentry industry while also providing qualified carpenters & employers with opportunities for career growth and the chance to enhance their contributions to their teams.

Program Highlights:

• Pathways for New Talent: The CarpentHER Program is your gateway to entering the carpentry industry. Utilising a geo-locational database through the Carpentry Australia Portal, it’s your place to find an employer or employee.  Whether you’re just starting out or looking to transition into a new role, this program provides the support and resources you need to succeed.
• Opportunities for Career Growth: For those already established in the industry, CarpentHER offers a unique chance to further your career. Through specialised educational sessions and networking opportunities, you can sharpen your skills, expand your professional network, and advance within your current role.
• Women in Carpentry Networking Sessions: Each networking session will offer the opportunity to meet like-minded carpenters and build the community. Featuring guest speakers to enhance your learning.

• Webinars on How to Get Your Builder’s Licence: Considering advancing your career by obtaining your builder’s licence?
